The Pull of The PAST and The Light of YOUr Future

So much of our lives we spend sitting talking, wishing and dreaming of the past. The "Back in the day.....", thoughts that trigger feelings, unresolved emotions, moments we wish we had spoke up or done more,......a comparison of us now to then and in turn an opening of who and where we had envisioned we would be.

The pull of--

How our bodies were....

What we used to be able to do....

Who we surrounded ourselves by....

Where we worked....

How we loved or were loved...

Emotionally and mentally how we felt.....

All in all wishing we could go back.

There is no back. The only true reality and way to create and live fully is in the present.

I know I know...

"So how do I live in the present!!"

Maybe you have read self development book after self development book.

Listened to podcast after podcast.

Watched YouTube after YouTube.

Went to traditional therapy.

Journaled til your pens were out of ink.

Tried to change your thoughts and feelings but still the same ones keep coming up.

These are great tools to use in the beginning but even better and more life shifting, after we 𝓗𝓮𝓪𝓵 and 𝓑𝓻𝓲𝓭𝓰𝓮 our past, present and future.

This 𝓑𝓻𝓲𝓭𝓰𝓮 isn't something outside of you. It's deep within your soul, your cells, your body and conscious/unconscious mind.

The very pieces of you.....that maybe you have said,

"What is wrong with me!",

"WHY do I keep doing that!",

"WHY does this keep happening!",

"WHY can't I get motivated or start!",

"There's something I just can't describe it!",

"This always happens!",

"Always the bridesmaid and never the bride!"

.....

Listen to these words.
