The Burn and Release is a Deep Dive into the emotional baggage you are carrying. I will guide you to a glimpse of what your body and soul are trying to tell you. In Burn and Release we will identify the top 5 negative emotions that are affecting you from moving forward. We will identify any emotional or energy cords from individuals in your past or present that are affecting your journey to feel peace, joy, happiness….AKA Higher Vibrations.

Any supplements, oils or herbal protocol products are not included in the therapy & coaching fees.
