This is for the woman struggling with her health, weight, mental health…. It usually all starts with a calling to feel better in their skin, they are simply done trying and ready to get to the roots of their health and/or weight. All in all our emotions, past traumas, past experiences, fear, starting and stopping…… all are part of the equation. I will deep dive into all of it with you and guide you to find the answers to finally set free what is no longer serving you and for you to step into a more happy, vibrant, confident and loved version of yourself.

To be included during the 6 months: 2 - 4 hour Deep Emotional Healing Sessions. Weekly 60 to 90 minute Sessions. Voxer Support Monday to Friday. Minimum of 2 personalized Hypnotic Activation Tracks to use for a minimum of 27 days each.

In this intensive I take into account your whole body, mind, and what your soul is calling for healing. We deep dive into the major negative emotions, behaviors, patterns and past-trauma(s) that are affecting your daily life. These sessions are intense as we dive deep straight to the roots. If your body has any dis--ease going on we will deep dive into that here, as well, and address any physical needs your body is expressing as well as the emotions directly affecting it.

Note the more you are willing to shed and reveal the faster the activations and transformations. I guarantee transformation with any program I do, if one is truly ready to do the hardest part of facing and embracing these shadows that are the pathway to your desires of finding purpose again in life, better relationships, a body you feel confident in and unlocking the key to prosperity.

Note there is pre-work to complete and submit, before Your Personal Initial Session Work.

• Any health symptoms needing further clearing or addressing besides emotional, you will be given instructions and suggestions for supplements, herbs, oils,….etc to use to support the body. Note I do not believe in supplements needed for long-term use except with very specific deficiency but rather an approach to take the body back to homeostasis and use them in cycles for mere prevention thereafter. Our body is so smart and we have the ability to heal it when we understand what it needs. Any supplements, oils or herbal protocol products are not included in the therapy & coaching fees
