About

It all started when…

I heard the call, pull, and deep urge to move, change and heal. I remember these moments, now, in my life…. I remember fashion in middle school and high school I was ahead of the time. I remember at 18 beginning the journey of holistic health because I refused to listen to the words, “It’s all in your head! You are a female and you are just going to have to live with it! Here’s a prescription!”. I remember feeling so frustrated with my health and exhaustion that I went to the full obsession of nutrition, fitness, and even competing in bodybuilding… but I knew there was more to healing because in the midst of looking the healthiest by outer appearance… I developed a second cancer in my life. I remember when I was absolutely soul sucked from my “get a career job” and for me it was nursing. I loved the part of listening to people, caring for them, and helping them within the confines of my limitations to speak of what I knew could help these people get better. Then replaced that soul-sucking job with a network marketing business that pulled me even more from my family and the life I truly desired… the freedom, peace, and happiness… that I dreamed of without sacrificing my health. I will stop here for now with the moments of WHEN…. You will learn more in this space and/or in my programs with me.

You see the underlying thread of my life is aligning to purpose, staying ignited in life, and activating what we came here in this life to do….

In order to do that it takes caring, nurturing, learning and healing those parts of us that are screaming in the shadows, that we tend to sabotage our life over and over with and heal the emotions and energy living inside us. Then we can truly learn how to live with them, feel them and allow them to guide us in this life….
