3 Tips for the Days YOU are thinking NOT the DAYYYY
Not the dayyyyyy.......
You know the days that you wake up after a wild night of not sleeping well....
Because you were having this conversation in your sleep of all that's been brewing up for you, as you are leveling up.
Then you then you have a full meltdown when you wake up.
The dog needs let out more than once.
It's cold out....
Your body aches....
Your mind is still racing 10000 mph trying to avoid.....yet process what's coming up for you.
But you know it.
Your work for the day is staring you in the face saying, "Hey Hey over here!! You ready yet!".
You maybe dropped a few F bombs....
Then you stop the pity party and resistance and go do what you know you are needing to do...
Here are 3 tips when you are feeling like this that you can do:
1. Take a shower 🚿. Yep get naked and take a shower. Your brain, subconscious and channel can be opened without other distractions. Listen to what comes up. It may be a word or colors or a full conversation or a sign or a smell or feeling...
2. Take a moment to journal what came through. Look at what came through and ask yourself how this can help you or is it something you prayed for.
3. Move your body however you feel called to move. Dance, laughter, rebounding, yoga, exercise... and connect back to the sense and feeling of safety in your body.
These help the body, soul and mind.
